What are we all about?

Bivona’s Simply Pasta was first established in 1989 by Linda & Charles Bivona in the Town of Newburgh. It quickly became a local favorite within it’s first year of operation. Dina DiDonato (Linda’s mother) & Charles were the primary hands making all the pasta, meatballs & sauces, while Linda took care of the cold case & administrative work. In a very short period, the shop exceeded its capable output, stress & over worked family members persisted and the shop inevitably & sadly closed. 

Bivona’s Simply Pasta was focused on tradition. The pasta, meatballs and sauce served were identical to what Dina would feed her family on a regular basis. Quality ingredients, done the right way, simply & deliciously. Stepping back into the roots of a real Italian-American kitchen is the goal of Bivona’s Simply Pasta, without having to spend your whole day rolling pasta & making a pot of sauce. 

We strive to provide delicious, hand made food for local families, by a local family. That’s it.
