Meet Bivona’s Simply Pasta

Bivona’s Simply Pasta was first established in 1989-1991 by Linda & Charles Bivona in the Town of Newburgh.

Today we’re bringing the concept back to life. My 15+ years of culinary experience have prepared me for this dream. After opening restaurants in Miami, NYC and Puerto Rico, I am thrilled to be home, in Newburgh, serving the community I love.

We’re focused on tradition. Quality ingredients, local and organic when available, done the right way, simply & deliciously. Stepping back into the roots of a real Italian-American kitchen is the goal of Bivona’s Simply Pasta, without having to spend your whole day rolling pasta & making a pot of sauce.

We strive to provide delicious, handmade food for local families, by a local family. That’s it.
